A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

Terms of return are to please indeed keep your thorough receipt. Whereby I will now offer you 2 months warranty. T's&Cs are applied. Failure to meet all Terms and conditions of the service may reverse you as a customer. I.E please do not wear the jewellery before sending it back to our workshop for maintenance. And, if an item of jewellery is faulty and appears it can be rectified please return it to the workshop within 2 months of the warranty period stated from the date initiated upon your receipt.
Always in return, of the jewellery this must mean it must be unworn and exactly how it was originally sent by you the buyer.
Process for return In order to initiate a return, please return in a strong envelope box that will all jewellery in its best state possible, To contact customer service please email Lottie directly on the thorough website itself
Process of refund. The terms of refund same state unworn and sent back within maximum of 15 days whereby refund will be given, must be in its original state that all jewellery was received.
